Terms and Conditions:

Our rates are based on an occupancy of 4 guests per suite. There will be an additional  charge of C$15 for each additional guest.
A cleaning fee of C$100 per suite or C$140 for both suites will apply for each stay.
We welcome children at Black Otter Cove.

A Deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.The remaining balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

For long term bookings we require 60% at the time of the booking and the remaining 40% three months prior to date of arrival.
